We are located on the east central coast of Florida. With
over 125 actives members
we proudly protect the lives and property of over 70,000 citizens in the 33
square miles that comprise the City
of Melbourne. We provide fire protection, advanced
life support (ALS) medical rescue, water rescue as well as fire
prevention programs to our citizens. We operate 8 Engine Companies, 1 Truck
Company, 7 ALS Squads, 2 Crash Trucks, 3 Brush Trucks, 1 Tanker,
and 1 Fire Boat. The City has seven fire stations and one fire/crash rescue
station. We are a 100% paid professional fire department. Our
stations are strategically located to assure an average response time
anywhere within our city limits of less than 4 minutes. Please feel free and download
