MINUTES:
MOTION by Avilla to accept as posted, 2nd Morissette, motion carried.
PRESIDENT REPORT:
Discussed Radio Problems.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
PROMOTIONAL TEST: Promotional tests were a lot better this time around.
STA. 78 No news on Sta. 78. Melbourne City Council is going ahead with plans for a new Sta. 74.
NEGOTIATION Most of the surveys are in. There will be a negotiation committee Meeting on April 12, 2002 at the Union Office at 8:30 A.M.

OLD BUSINESS:
The Union now has an office at 874 Suite D, W. Eau Gallie Blvd.
TREASURER REPORT:
MOTION by Morissette to accept, 2nd Hansen, motion carried.
MOTION by Morissette to adopt 2002-2003 budget as amend, add line 4f with $800.00 and add $500.00 to line 6c of the General Fund and add line 1r with $100.00 and add $1000.00 to line 3a of the Benevolent Fund, 2nd K. Coleman, motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
MOTION by Coulter to donate $500.00 to Senator Posey’s Legislative Aide Matt Dupree, he has Leukemia, this money is for his two children for college, 2nd Batton, motion carried.
MOTION by Rethwisch to bond each Executive Board Member for $25,000.00 and add line 12f with $165.00 of the General Fund, 2nd Batton, motion carried.
MOTION by Koenig for President Tolley to check with the City Attorney and Chief Flamm about the Swat Medic positions on the Melbourne Police Dept. Swat Team, 2nd Avilla, motion carried.
MOTION by Hansen to adjourn, 2nd Avilla, motion carried.
