CALLED TO ORDER: 7:40 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Tolley, Coulter, Vinup, Hammer, Avilla, Waite, Sauerwine, Munch, Vernon Williams,
Batton, T. Royer, Kahler and Redmond.
MINUTES:
MOTION by Avilla to accept minutes from Oct. 01, 2002, 2nd Munch, motion carried.
PRESIDENT REPORT:
Discussed S.O.G., concerning Holiday Pay Conversion, there will be a new form coming out.
Discussed City of Melbourne, Beach Side Fire and EMS Station Petition Drive,
that the Union did.
The Union has license plates for sale at $10.00 each.
VICE-PRESIDENT REPORT:
Ron Stake played Santa Clause for the kids at Holmes Regional Medical Center.
The Union maybe doing a Poker Run in April and a Golf Tournament in the summer for MDA.
TREASURER REPORT:
MOTION by Coulter to move $88.55 from line 4a to line 4f of the General Fund, for decals, 2nd
Hammer, motion carried.
MOTION by Avilla to accept Quarterly Treasurer Report as amended, 2nd Hammer, motion carried.

The Union and City have tentatively agreed to the following articles.

OLD BUSINESS:
Discussed Donation policy, will be brought back to the next Quarterly Meeting.
MOTION by Avilla to donate up to $500.00 to the family whose house caught on fire on Allan
Adale Dr. in Melbourne, 2nd Hammer, motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
MOTION by Avilla to make line 3a of the Benevolent Fund of the 2003-2004 Proposed Budget
$2,500.00 2nd Hammer, amended by Avilla to leave line 3a as is at $1,200.00 and change line 3g
to Hardship Fund and add $2,000.00 to this line, 2nd Waite, motion carried.
MOTION by Avilla to approve Proposed 2003-2004 Budget as amended, 2nd Hammer, motion carried.
Discussed changes that are being made to the Fire Fighters Pension Plan Ordinance, after the changes
have been made a copy of the F/F Pension Plan Ordinance will be put out at all the Fire Stations
MOTION by Avilla to adjourn, 2nd Hammer, motion carried.
