 CALLED TO ORDER:            9:40 A.M.

 MEMBERS PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Vinup, Atkinson, Michaud and Waite.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Atkinson to accept minutes from September 7, 2006, 2^nd Michaud, motion carried.

            Treasurer Report to be given at the Quarterly Meeting.

            Discussed Union Christmas Party.

            The Union Christmas Party well be on A Shift December 22, 2006, at the Doubletree Suites on

            1665 N. A1A Indialantic.

            MOTION by Atkinson to donate $500.00 to Mark Winters for his nephew Dillon Winters who

            died from drowning, this is to help with funeral cost, also to donate $500.00 to Charlie Geyer to

            help with funeral cost for his wife, he is a Firefighter with Brevard County Fire Rescue and to

            donate $750.00 to Sean.com, he is the son of Erick Hargreaves, this is to help with travel and medical

            cost, all money to come from line 3g of the Benevolent Fund, 2^nd Vinup, motion carried.

            Discussed rental storage units.
