 CALLED TO ORDER:            7:30 P.M.

 MEMBERS PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Atkinson, Vinup, Crowl, Rodriguez, McMenimen, Young, Wooldridge, Michaud, Hansen,

            Batton, Elrod, Leilievre, Morissette, Starkey, C. Carroll, J. Carey, Stone, Hammer, Kahler, Brooks and Colbert.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Morissette to accept minutes from July 6, 2006, 2^nd Young, motion carried.

 TREASURER REPORT:

            The Union Christmas Party well be on A Shift December 22, 2006 at the Doubletree Suites at

            1665 N. A1A Indialantic.

            Melbourne Fire Fighters Local 1951 sent a check to MDA for $2,954.63, this was from the MDA

            Golf Tournament on August 19, 2006.

            MOTION by Morissette to move $3,500.00 from line 14a of the General Fund, $1,000.00 to line

            4a of the Benevolent Fund, this is for the Christmas Party, $500.00 to line 4d of the Benevolent Fund,

            this is for a Christmas Float and $2,000.00 to line 1p of the Benevolent Fund, this to get a storage unit,

            2^nd Young, motion carried.

            MOTION by Leilievre to donate $1,000.00 to Candlelighters of Brevard and $250.00 to Kids Without

            Christmas, from line 3g of the Benevolent Fund, 2^nd Young, motion carried.

            Discussed Sean Carroll needing time off due to elbow surgery and his girl friend Dawn having breast

            cancer.

            MOTION by Hammer to have Sean Carroll put on Union Time Pool on Friday 6 and Monday 9,

            2006, 2^nd Young, motion carried.

            MOTION by Morissette to accept Treasurer Report, 2^nd Wooldridge, motion carried.

 NEW BUSINESS:

            MOTION by Morissette to make Frank Avilla Vice-President Emeritus and Robert Coulter

            Treasurer Emeritus and to get each one an axe, 2^nd Hammer, motion carried.

            Discussed getting a rental storage unit.

            MOTION by Hammer to move $2,000.00 from line 14a of the General Fund to line 1p of the

            Benevolent Fund and change 1p from Bldg. Construction to Bldg. Construction/Rental Unit,

            this is so that the Union has some place to storage items, 2^nd Michaud, motion carried.

            Discussed the Union doing a Christmas Float.
