            J. Tolley, Conte, Vinup, Atkinson and Michaud.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Atkinson to accept minutes from October 05, 2006, 2^nd Michaud, motion carried.

TREASURER REPORT:

            MOTION by Michaud to donate $600.00 to Cancer Care Center, this is for a spin-a-thon for cancer,

            money to come from line 3g of the Benevolent Fund, 2^nd J. Tolley, motion carried.

            MOTION by Vinup to accept Treasurer Report, 2^nd Michaud, motion carried.
