C-SHIFT

 DID NOT HAVE QUORUM AND THERE WAS NO MEETING.

 MEMBERS PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Atkinson, Vinup and Conte.

            Discussed SOG’S, Employee Discipline, Citizen Complaints, Overtime Policy and Response Protocol.

            Discussed getting computers for Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, this way when a new member

            comes on the Executive Board all information will be passed on to the new member, the Executive

             Board will recommend to the membership at the Quarterly Membership Meeting to buy computers for

             the Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
