 CALLED TO ORDER:            9:30 A.M.

 MEMBERS PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Vinup, Conte, Ken Atkinson, Rann and Michaud.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Ken Atkinson to accept minutes from September 05, 2007, 2^nd Conte, motion carried.

 TREASURER REPORT:

            MOTION by Rann to accept Treasurer Report, 2^nd Conte, motion carried.

            Discussed uniform order form, we will be going back to what is in the Union Contract.

            Discussed negotiations, 3 ½% multiplier and insurance subsidy.

            Discussed Training Capt. Positions

            Discussed doing a float for the City of Melbourne Christmas Parade if anybody wants to help contact

            Lt. Waite at Station 71 B-Shift.

            MOTION by Michaud to adjourn, 2^nd Rann, motion carried.
