 CALLED TO ORDER:            9:40 A.M.

 MEMBERS PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Vinup, Ken Atkinson, Conte and Morissette.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Ken Atkinson to accept minutes from October 04, 2007, 2^nd Conte, motion carried.

 TREASURER REPORT:

            MOTION by Conte to accept Treasurer Report, 2^nd Vinup, motion carried.

Discussed Melbourne Fire Department Training Positions, Capt. Hansen has been called back to military duty to go to Iraq some time in January 2008 and be back home sometime in September 2008, Capt. Pownall would like to go back on shift as soon as a opening comes available.

The Union is still waiting for the numbers on the 3 1/2% multiplier and insurance subsidy.

MOTION by Ken Atkinson to pay John Trippany $146.00 for a Doctor Office visit that was not paid

            by the insurance company, 2^nd Conte, motion carried.
