 CALLED TO ORDER:            9:30 A.M.

 MEMBERS PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Vinup, Atkinson, Michaud and Rethwisch.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Atkinson to accept minutes from January 04, 2007, 2^nd Rethwisch, motion carried.

 TREASURER REPORT:

            MOTION by Michaud to accept Treasurer Report, 2^nd Rethwisch, motion carried.

            Discussed the overtime and acting lists, the Union is rewriting the procedure for the overtime and acting

            Lists.

            Discussed the City of Melbourne Insurance, it will be going up about 19% and the City we pay more

            on the employee and dependent coverage.

            Discussed renting office space or try to buy something, the rent is going up to $550.00 a month.
