 CALLED TO ORDER:            9:05 A.M.

 MEMBER PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Conte, Ken Atkinson, Morissette, Michaud and Rethwisch.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Michaud to accept minutes from June 11, 2007, 2^nd Conte, motion carried.

TREASURER REPORT:

            MOTION by Morissette to accept Treasurer Report, 2^nd Conte, motion carried.

 PRESIDENT REPORT:

            Discussed insurance claim for Burrows, he is a retired Melbourne Firefighter.

MOTION by Ken Atkinson to pay the $3,617.87 insurance claim for Burrows, 2^nd Michaud, motion carried.

If any body has any ideas or suggestion for negotiation that is coming up, email or send them to President Jim Tolley.

Discussed 31/2 % multiplier cost, there were questions about the calculations of the cost.

Discussed SOG/L/M, acting list, sick leave and call in time.
