 CALLED TO ORDER:            7:30 P.M.

 MEMBERSHIP PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Crowl, K. Carroll, C. Carroll, Coulter, Morissette, Hanson, Ken Atkinson, Young,

            Batton, Conte, Lipson, Hargreaves, Michaud, Leech, Leitz, Tymann, S. Roberts, Lelievre and Morton.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Morissette to accept minutes from April 05, 2007, 2^nd Young, motion carried.

 PRESIDENT REPORT:

            Discussed SOG/LM, acting list and sick leave call in time.

 VICE-PRESIDENT REPORT:

            Discussed keeping some vacation leave and sick leave after you get into the drop plan for emergency

            use.

            Discussed workout rooms at the Fire Stations.

 TREASURER REPORT:

            MOTION by Morissette to accept Treasure Report, 2^nd Hargreaves, motion carried.

 PIO:

            There will be a Hottest Firefighter Contest at the County Line Salon on August 08, 2007.

 OID BUSSINESS:

            Discussed 31/2 % multiplier and increase the Insurance Subsidy from $5.00 to $8.00 per

            service year.

            The cost would go from 4.75% to 10.9%, but there were some questions about have the numbers

            were calculated.

 NEW BUSINESS:

            Discussed implications of tax reform.

            MOTION by Hargreaves to adjourn, 2^nd Conte, motion carried.
