 CALLED TO ORDER:            9:00 A.M.

 MEMBERES PRESENT:

            J. Tolley, Vinup, Ken Atkinson, Morissette and Rethwisch.

 MINUTES:

            MOTION by Morissette to accept minutes from March 06, 2008, 2^nd Rethwisch, motion carried.

 TREASURER BREPORT:

            Discussed IAFF Legislative Conference.

            MOTION by Morissette to recommend to the membership to send up to two Union Members to the

IAFF Legislative Conference in March 2009, add money to lines 7A, 8A, 9A and 10A, for the IAFF Legislative Conference in March 2009, this is for registration, per diem, travel and lodging of the General Fund, add $600.00 to line 5I of the General Fund, this is for sales tax the Union is being charged on our office rent and change the name of line 7D from Retirement Board to Pension Board of the General Fund, 2^nd Rethwisch, motion carried.

MOTION by Morissette to accept Treasurer Report as amended, 2^nd Rethwisch, motion carried.

Discussed promotional procedures, everyone will have to retest next year and there will be some changes to the tests.
